English Football has had to take a long hard look at itself in the mirror and the outlook is not good, with many clubs facing financial difficulty. Despite the difficulties, there is a great opportunity to build back better, as the game grows in popularity, both at home and across the world. It needs a paradigm mindset shift, with brave leadership, a longer-term plan and a stubbornness to stick to the vision and plan. A different way to bring success for the fans, the wider community and owners/investors behind the scenes.
